Responsible disposal
We clear and dispose responsibly.
Our team loads and removes unwanted items, then uses responsible disposal routes for house, garage, garden and bulky waste clearances.
Responsible routes, clear limits.
We separate materials where practical, use responsible disposal routes and explain when specialist or restricted waste needs separate review.
No unsupported claims, no shortcuts and no promise that every load can be fully recycled.
How we handle waste
We load and remove the items, then choose responsible disposal routes based on the waste type, condition and local facilities. We aim to reuse and recycle where practical.
Customers must confirm they own the items or have permission for ClearPath to remove and dispose of them.
Waste duty of care
Household and commercial customers have a duty of care to use a responsible, licensed waste carrier and avoid fly-tipping risks. ClearPath records the quote details, access notes, optional photos and disposal information where needed.

Before any work starts
We review the load, access and likely disposal route before confirming a fixed quote. That means heavy waste, awkward access or specialist items can be discussed before anyone attends.
Affordability means clear pricing and no avoidable surprises, not cutting corners on disposal or making unsupported claims about every load.
Specialist waste exclusions
We do not collect asbestos or suspected asbestos, hazardous chemicals, fuels or oils, medical waste, sharps, gas bottles, contaminated materials or other specialist hazardous waste unless a specialist route is expressly agreed.
Plasterboard, rubble or soil, mattresses, upholstered seating, fridges, freezers and waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) may need separate pricing or uplift.
Reuse and recycling
Where practical, reusable items and recyclable materials are separated from general waste. ClearPath does not claim that every load can be fully recycled, because the correct route depends on condition, contamination, local facilities and specialist handling rules.
Hazardous or specialist waste may be refused, left in place or referred to a suitable specialist provider.
Waste transfer notes and records
For jobs where waste documentation is required, the relevant transfer or disposal information can be recorded so the waste route is clear.
We keep quote details, customer authority, disposal notes and photo records only where needed for the job, compliance or customer communication.
