Cancellations
Consumer cancellation rights.
Domestic customers may have cancellation rights when services are booked online or by phone before the work is performed.
Cancellation period
Where cancellation rights apply, customers may have 14 days to cancel. If you request work to begin within that period, ClearPath will ask for early-start consent at the fixed quote or booking acceptance point.
If the service is fully completed after valid early-start consent, you may lose the right to cancel once the work has been completed.
Cancellation request details
- Your name.
- Your quote or booking reference, if one has been issued.
- Your contact details.
- The job address or postcode.
- The reason for cancellation, if you wish to provide one.
